a simple drive in the countryside with no destination in
mind... sometimes, when my mind is still
and the beauty of nature is surrounding me peace comes... I let my soul be still, listening to the everyday
sounds around me... wind whistling
through the grasses, geese off in the distance, the neigh of one horse to
another... time to simply enjoy the offerings that are there for
me to take... my mind wanders, my
breathing becomes slow and steady and the stress that had been pressing downward
suddenly lifts and removes itself from my shoulders... life, if only I would allow myself the time
to really look around me...

Ah, that is beautiful...and I agree...sometimes a simple drive in the countryside is enough to clear my head.
