Growing up in the Pacific Northwest you’d think whales would
have been something I’d seen a lot of, nada, none, zip, zilch, nary a one! It took a paid whale trip in Morro Bay
California in 2005 before I spotted my first gentle giant and her babe. Well worth the long wait to see such a
spectacular sight, up close, real, personal, nature itself just before my
eyes. Such an awesome moment. Another number
scratched off my personal bucket list!
